After School Programs
Nurturing Growth Beyond the Classroom

Our after-school programs help neurodivergent students overcome social challenges, build essential life skills, and explore their interests in a supportive environment. With activities ranging from gardening and art to video games and social groups, we cultivate personal growth and lasting connections.
Gardening & Growing
Dig into nature and learn practical skills. You'll get hands-on with plant care, teamwork, and responsibility, all while enjoying the calming effects of gardening. It's a great way to boost confidence and feel a sense of achievement.
Art Club
Art Club is led by two local artists and is a supportive space for those who love art and want to connect with others. All art and people are welcome! This club meets at ACRES every other Tuesday from 4-5:30 PM.
Video Game Club
Gather your gaming gear and get ready for some fun! We have a great variety of games, consoles, and most importantly, new friends! Video Game Club meets every other Wednesday from 4-5:30 PM.
Adult Social Group
Socialization can be difficult for those on the autism spectrum, so ACRES is proud to be a safe place where adults with autism can make friends, have a chat, and just have fun! A group of neurodivergent young adults meet at ACRES every other Monday from 6-8 PM for a casual social time. Contact us if you are interested!
Finding Community
Make meaningful connections! Meet other neurodivergent students, share your experiences, and build lasting friendships. Through fun activities and peer support, you'll improve your social skills and find a place where you belong.
